The construction industry is one of the most resource-intensive sectors in Switzerland. At Kästli, these challenges are addressed with an integrated approach. The full-service offering and lived company culture are intended to be communicated more easily to customers in the future. Together, we developed a modern, modular website that meets this need.
Directly in the world of the circular economy
The interactive circular module visualizes the competencies as an interconnected system and intuitively guides users through the offering. To provide orientation within the circle even inside a specific service area, there is also an in-page navigation. Users can see where they are within the circular process and navigate directly between the different competencies.
The cycle is also central in terms of design. It is the defining design element of the website. Kästli thinks and acts in a circular way, and the website makes this principle tangible at first glance.
The website relies on a performant and low-maintenance architecture. The modular page structure enables efficient content management. New job profiles, vacancies, competencies, or projects can be easily added. This structure relieves internal teams and keeps the website up to date in the long term.
