allmo is a comprehensive digital health and prevention platform launched by Helsana, to support users across life's emotional and physical challenges—independent of insurance status. Targeting individuals and companies, it delivers personalized, accessible solutions for fertility journeys, pregnancy, mental resilience, and overall well-being. Key modules include the "Kinderwunsch-Reise" (fertility support with expert advice and courses), pregnancy guidance (step-by-step resources and checklists), and the "Resilienz-Paket" for corporate employees—a fully anonymous, free toolkit addressing emotional stress through self-tests, webinars, coaching, resilience training, and phone consultations.
Designed for seamless user experience, allmo emphasizes simplicity: quick registration, no-cost access, and strict data privacy (no data sharing). For businesses (mid-sized firms, 150+ employees in Zurich, Eastern, and Central Switzerland), the Resilience Package promotes mental health prevention, reducing absenteeism via evidence-based content from partners like Privatklinik Hohenegg. Features encompass knowledge bases, mental health checks, and scalable services to foster self-determined health management.
As a Helsana initiative, allmo bridges prevention, insurance, and reintegration, expanding corporate health offerings. Future plans include broader regional rollout. The platform exemplifies AgeTech innovation, empowering users in key life phases with empathetic, expert-backed digital tools for healthier outcomes.
The project was realized through close collaboration with Zühlke Engineering AG, leveraging their expertise in digital health transformation and scalable engineering alongside Unic's platform mastery.
